85: How Changing Your Mindset Can Change Your Health with Dr. Kinney

 

Are you aware of the power of a positive mindset? 

 

This can influence so many things. Whether you are trying to lose weight, heal from a chronic condition, gain more energy, or any other change to your physical body—your mindset is the number one most important thing that you can change.

 

In today’s episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I am diving deeper into why your mindset matters so much when it comes to health and healing. 

 

This is something that so many of my patients get stuck on. They end up in a negative thought loop that they just can’t get out of. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between what is happening in real life and what is just your thoughts. The good news about this? It means that you can actually change your body by changing the way you think about things. 

 

Positive vibes are a real thing! They actually do have a major impact on your body. This applies to the way that you talk to yourself and the way that others talk to you, whether that be a friend, coworker, family member, or spouse. Words are powerful. 

 

In Today’s Episode We Discuss: 

 

  • Why your thoughts matter
  • What the law of attraction is and how it impacts your health
  • How the words you speak about yourself can change your molecular structure
  • What happens when you are stuck in a negative mindset
  • How to start changing your thought patterns

 

You can still be in the reality of what is going on with your health while also focusing on the small wins and positive things that keep you in a positive mindset. When you stay in that energy, that’s when change can occur. 

 

Your thoughts and words really do matter. You don’t have to be stuck in a negative loop. Simply identifying and acknowledging the negative thought patterns that aren’t serving you is the first step to changing the way you think and improving your mindset.
