Naturally Reverse the Symptoms of Hashimoto’s Disease

26: How to Naturally Reverse the Symptoms of Hashimoto’s Disease with Allison Rassp

Did you know that Hashimoto’s is the number one cause of thyroid disease in women?

Constant exhaustion, terrible brain fog, and trouble with weight loss are all symptoms of it!

Allison Rassp is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and the founder of Hope with Hashimotos, a holistic health coaching platform where she supports, educates, and empowers women with Hashimoto’s Disease to reverse their symptoms, so she is joining me in this episode to talk all things Hashimoto’s.

After reversing 90% of her own Hashimoto’s symptoms through holistic modalities, her greatest passion lies in supporting other women with this disease to do the same. She is on a mission to help women with Hashimoto’s disease reverse their symptoms so they can feel like themselves again.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • Understanding Hashimoto’s as a disease of your immune system
  • Why thyroid medicine doesn’t address the problem
  • What happens when Hashimoto’s goes untreated
  • Exposure to mold as a stressor on the immune system
  • Testing that you can do to understand your symptoms
  • Releasing stress and emotions

This is such an important topic, and I highly encourage you to get screened for Hashimoto’s if you have any sort of thyroid issue! Make sure that when you do, the provider is in your corner and will totally listen to all of your symptoms and worries.

If you or someone you know is struggling with this, Allison has a self-paced course, Hashimoto’s 101, a membership, The Hashimoto’s Healing Community, and a group coaching program, The Hashimotos Healing Collective. You can find all of these on her website which is linked in the resources below!
