Wouldn’t it be spectacular to move through our daily responsibilities and choices with sure-footed confidence and a graceful ease that makes us unstoppable and approachable, smart and compassionate, selfless and selfish? And to do these things in a way that lets us care for those we care about and ourselves?
Most of us struggle to keep the balls in the air and to be in that “good space.” We put others’ needs ahead of our own – which might put us in a good space or might leave us with a nagging sense of FOMO, self-doubt, or frustration.
Self-care and self-love exist when we care enough about ourselves and others to actually take care of ourselves. Taking care of ourselves can take many forms, but the most sustainable ones are the ones we can invoke on the fly or into our daily habits.
This two- hour workshop will help you learn micro-practices you can use to get you in that “good space.” Come dressed in comfortable clothes for yin yoga, journaling and guided meditation. Journals, blocks, and light snacks provided; please bring your own mat and any other props you’d like.
