88: A Female-Specific Approach to Healing with Bree Stedman

Have you heard of a female-focused approach to healing?

It’s no secret that women see the world and react to the world differently than men do. We know it instinctively. That being said, doesn’t it make sense that women need a different approach to healing?

In today’s episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I sat down with Bree Stedman to talk about how we can approach healing as women with our differences from men in mind for a much deeper, and more effective result.

Bree Stedman is a Transformational Women’s Coach and the spokesperson and trainer for the Institute of Women International. She is passionate about redefining female empowerment by giving women the confidence to be seen and heard in business and in life through epigenetic, female-specific healing.

Many of us end up stuck in patterns because the things we are trying just aren’t working, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • What the female-focused healing approach is
  • How women are different biologically and hormonally
  • Why maintenance programs are so important
  • Breaking epigenetic cycles
  • Healing the deep female unconscious
  • How Creatrix changed Bree’s life

I hope you enjoyed this episode and found it helpful. As women, we are innately different than men, so we need different approaches to healing emotionally and physically. Bree embraces that in her work and is passionate about working with women who are absolutely committed, ready, and determined to change.

If you loved what Bree had to say and you are interested in being the woman who creates an impact for others through being a facilitator or being the woman of influence for your own immediate circle, make sure to check out her website to see how you can work with her.
