136: Empowering Women’s Wellness: Unraveling the Complexities of Nutrition and Weight Loss with Jessica Karwat

It’s no secret that women have a harder time when it comes to changing their nutrition and health. We have a different hormonal system which makes things like this a little more complex.

If this is something you have struggled with, this episode is for you. I sat down with Jessica Karwat who is a holistic, vegan health coach for women. We dive into all things vegan, health, weight loss, and being a woman.

Jess is a certified vegan nutritionist, fitness trainer, yoga instructor, and Reiki master.

She has worked with over 200+ clients from around the world and has mastered the exact tools and techniques to help women thrive and get fit by learning how to work with their beautiful bodies, syncing with their menstrual cycle, and reclaiming their life and confidence.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • Jessica’s journey into health coaching and veganism
  • The complexity of women’s bodies and hormones
  • The power of listening to the clues and feedback your body is giving you
  • The role of your emotions in weight loss
  • How your mindset can impact your weight loss success
  • Why you should never hesitate to ask for help when it comes to weight loss
  • The powerful TED Talk Jessica has coming up
