Morgan is a Certified Holistic nutritionist and health coach with AFPA. Lover of all things health and wellness, Morgan has spent the past 12 years studying and staying up to date in the health and wellness field, helping her gain the knowledge she is able to share with her clients today.
She has trained with Dr. Erin Kinney for the past 2 years which has led her towards the holistic side of Nutrition and she believes that we must find a root cause resolution over system suppression. In her mind, treatment always begins with an understanding of how food can heal us. She helps her clients come up with nutrition and wellness protocols that include individualized meal plans, grocery lists and supplementation plans for all types of health goals. She is a natural motivator and her clients love having her hold them accountable with the plans she creates for them.
Outside of working with clients, she spends time with her husband and her wild and sweet little boy. She loves yoga, pilates, cycling, all things beauty and skincare and weekends at the beach with her family. She enjoys all the books, podcasts and workshops on health and wellness and is the perfect go-to when you need a recommendation.
Emily has been in the health and wellness industry for 10 years. She is passionate about helping her clients create a positive and supportive space for people to honor their needs. As a holistic health coach, she loves helping clients examine their relationship with food, movement, and mindset. Emily aims to meet each client where they are in their journey. Practicing a holistic approach to health and wellness means that she looks at every area of your life, and how they are connected. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to health and wellness, so she hopes to guide people through transforming their lives based on their individual needs.
In addition to providing a deep and meaningful coaching experience to her clients, she also serves to mentor, inspire, guide, motivate, and hold them accountable to achieve their goals and implement the positive choices they’ve identified in their lives.
Emily’s background in health and wellness comes from years of playing sports. She is a certified personal trainer and 200 hr RYT. Her focus is on fueling the body with whole, nutritious foods to benefit your lifestyle.
When Emily isn’t training, you can find her on a beach or somewhere outdoors with her husband Todd, daughter Addison, and dog Lenni!
