Dr. Sara Poldmae is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She has been practicing holistic health care since 1998. Dr. Sara opened Meadow Hill Wellness, in Annapolis in 2005, with the goal of integrating traditional and holistic care in order to effectively maintain her patients’ lifelong health.

 

We cover the many benefits of Chinese medicine, how acupuncture can lessen your stress and balance your hormones, and so much more.

Make sure that you feel comfortable with the acupuncturist that you do choose because if you are not, you will miss out on many of the stress-reducing benefits of it!
