How to Heal Your Mind and Body Through Hypnotherapy with Atarah Valentine

84: How to Heal Your Mind and Body Through Hypnotherapy with Atarah Valentine

Have you ever considered using hypnotherapy for your chronic conditions?

So many of our subconscious beliefs are based on emotions and our environment. It can feel impossible to create lasting change or heal ourselves. Hypnotherapy aims to alter those subconscious beliefs so that you can move forward and heal your mind and body.

In this episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I sat down with Atarah Valentine to talk about subconscious beliefs and healing from within using the power of hypnotherapy.

Atarah Valentine is a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT) and Mindset Coach with specialized training in Inner Child Healing, Trauma Recovery, Mental and Emotional Release Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, PTSD, Cancer, Law of Attraction, Immune Disorders, and Weight Loss. Valentine has developed a very grounded, pragmatic approach to self-actualization leaving his clients feeling empowered and regaining trust in themselves through a process of conscious and subconscious cognitive reframing.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • How we put our bodies into more stress by overthinking our situations
  • What reactive change is and why it doesn’t work
  • How your subconscious beliefs impact your life
  • The way that your environment affects your beliefs about your abilities
  • How Atarah uses hypnotherapy to help people move forward in their life
  • What Atarah does to work with clients with cancer and other chronic conditions
  • Our natural states throughout the day
  • The benefits of disrupting your habits

Change really can be easy if you have the right tools and resources. Atarah strives to teach his people the tools they need to heal themselves without his guidance. You don’t need to be afraid of change. You just have to be patient and allow yourself the time and grace to get there.

If you are interested in working with him, I highly recommend you check out his workshop where he teaches you how to unlock your potential daily through daily mental rehearsal.
