08 Feb In Bloom, Self Love & Activation
Join us for some Galentine’s Self love, as we connect who you are at your core to the incredible life waiting for you.
Join us for some picture perfect Galentine’s Self Love. We know you are pouring into all those around you but ladies, this event is all about you. Grab a girlfriend and join us as we connect who you are at your core to the incredible life waiting for you. Balloon wall, inspiration and a gourmet lunch in the most perfect industrial building. We’ve thoughtfully selected speakers to help you grow and develop your own self love standard.
This event is Mind and Body.
Starting off with Dr. Erin Kinney, a Stress Reset Expert. She will discuss the true impacts of stress on your physical body, how your body responds to it and how it affects you. Dr. Kinney will also give you techniques to catch stress in its tracks and take back control of your body.
If you struggle with respecting your inner strengths and often find yourself apologizing for your weaknesses, our keynote will challenge that mindset. Lauren Matera, an Activation Coach, will discuss how you value or devalue your true intrinsic self and how to discover your activation point. You are worthy, you always have been and always will be. You are FRONT ROW WORTHY, no more putting yourself last!
After a gourmet lunch we will be joined by our GIRL BOSS PANEL. We have looked all around for women who are “chronically busy” to be a part of our panel on Self Love. This collection of dynamic women are constantly pulled in various directions; work, family, hobbies, commitments, education, mom taxi-ing. They will be sharing their incredible stories and what led them to the importance of a self love standard.
As part of our Self Love event, we want to share love with the women in the community that could use some kindness and support. We will be collecting diapers and feminine hygeine products for a local shelter.
*There will be time to mingle and network during lunch.
