Permission to Feel Joy: How Achieving a Joyful State Improves Your Physical and Mental Health with Loka Pandya

In this episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I sat down with Loka Pandya, The Chief Joy Officer, to talk about all things joy and how achieving a state of joy can be beneficial to your health and wellness. 

Loka has spent the last 15 years building a multimillion-dollar hospitality business. More importantly, he has invested over a quarter million dollars going to over 40+ retreats in the last 25 years seeking the formula for joy and he found it. He now is on a mission to help inspire the joy that every person has within them.

If you want to change your life, change your state. Getting in a joyful state of mind takes you out of the fight or flight mode, brings you to the present moment, and makes you feel good. Once you get used to feeling that joy, it becomes your default state. 

There are so many physical and mental health benefits to being in a joyful state. In this episode, Loka shares his tips for finding joy every single day and the small practices we can do to find more joy in our lives.
