Healing Your Womb

20: Reclaim Your Sexual Health by Healing Your Womb Space with Kim Bilyk

Are you in tune with your womb?

Kim Bilyk is joining me to have a really important conversation about women’s sexuality.

Kim Bilyk is a Women’s Empowerment and Sexual Health Coach and Founder of Amala Living. In Sanskrit, “Amala” means PURE. We as humans are complex beings thus in order to live a healthy life we need to be in flow and harmony in all aspects: mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This is the approach that Kim takes when working with her clients.

Kim works with women to help them connect to their bodies so they can succeed in all areas of their life without burnout and self-sabotage. The main focus of this connection is to the womb space which is a women’s center for creativity, sexuality, and power. Through this connection along with changes in diet and lifestyle, Kim has helped women get their periods back, overcome other hormonal imbalances, feel their best through lifestyle changes, overcome limiting beliefs and old habits, and achieve their life goals and dreams. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach thus uses a  bio-individuality approach that takes into consideration that we are all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional and physical needs.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • Vaginal dryness as a result of stress
  • Major emotional stressors that alter your womb
  • Understanding energy as it relates to libido
  • Healing negative experiences in the womb space
  • Breathwork that helps with healing
  • How pleasure helps with fight or flight

I hope you are encouraged to connect with your body, take some time to do womb breath, and understand what you need each day. This is crucial if you are experiencing any of the issues we discussed in this episode.

Remember that your energy and mood will change as your go through your cycle, but you should get in touch with your doctor if you are in need of healing.

If you’re ready to start discussing your naturopathic medicine needs, schedule a free 15-minute call with me on my website!
