96: The Impact of Acupuncture on Your Overall Health with Dr. Molly Hutto

he Impact of Acupuncture on Your Overall Health with Dr. Molly Hutto

Acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years but most people don’t know much about it because there’s a notion that it’s a pseudoscience. However, it is very real, and it can actually be very beneficial to many aspects of your health.

In this episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I sat down with Dr. Molly Hutto to talk about the amazing benefits of acupuncture and why you should consider giving it a try.

Dr. Molly owns Annapolis Family Acupuncture, an award-winning acupuncture clinic in Annapolis. AFA is known for spending a lot of time with its patients through diagnostics and heart-centered care.

There is plenty of research to support the efficacy of acupuncture and the impact it can have on your health. No matter what you’re going through or your age, acupuncture could just be the thing to help you heal. It’s not painful like some people think—it’s actually very enjoyable and relaxing for most patients, and the results have been undeniable.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • How acupuncture helps with mental health
  • The research behind acupuncture
  • The impact the last couple of years have had on our health
  • The importance of having a team
  • Acupuncture in kids
  • What to do if you’re nervous about trying acupuncture

Despite the misconceptions surrounding it, acupuncture really is incredible and you will be amazed about how much it can improve your health.

If you’re interested in getting started, make sure to reach out to Dr. Molly for a free consultation. If you’re not local to her area, I highly recommend you look around for people in your area that went through accredited acupuncture programs.
