I am so excited that Stevie Wright is joining me in this episode to talk about this. She is an amazing breathwork guide, so she is sharing all about that as well as her journey.


Stevie found breathwork 4 years ago by accident and it changed everything for her. She found a direct access point to the truth and love living in her body. After getting certified as a facilitator, she saw first-hand how breathwork was changing the lives of her clients as well. After facilitating hundreds of sessions, and witnessing profound breakthroughs, she is confident this work will be a game-changer for you too. 


Breathwork is really powerful because it takes us out of our minds and into our bodies. This allows us to heal at a deep nervous system level and tap into our wisdom, self-love, joy, and connection.


In this episode, we dive into how breathwork works, what it can help with, and we even get into my personal experience with it.

Remember, when you are able to accept where you are, you are able to move through your feelings. Breathwork allows you to create safety in your body and nervous system, so you can work through it.
