What are you doing when it comes to weight loss?
I have had a lot of frustrated people come to me lately because (after the pandemic or stressful life situations) they put on a little weight, and they are having a hard time losing it.
So in this episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I am talking about how doing less can actually become more when it comes to weight loss. If you’re doing too much and your body is stressed out, it’s not going to have the energy that it needs to burn fat cells.
