Optimal Thyroid Health

41: Tips for Optimal Thyroid Health with Shannon Hansen

Do you have thyroid imbalances or know a woman who does?

Shannon Hanson specializes in helping women with thyroid imbalances, so she is joining me in this episode to talk all about it.

Shannon Hansen has quickly become a leader of Holistic Nutrition. She has certificates as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and Life Coach. Shannon has co-authored a book, and she passionately educates women with thyroid imbalances to gain freedom from fatigue by removing chronic triggers and replenishing their bodies so that they can restore their health quickly and stop sleeping their way through life.

We are covering some of the things that can stop your thyroid from working properly, certain foods that can help restore thyroid function, and how to get your thyroid hormones back to normal.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • Things that can distrust your thyroid
  • Understanding your uptakes
  • Thyroid adrenal crossovers
  • Some of the best thyroid nutrients
  • How the thyroid affects a pregnancy
  • Food sensitivity testing
  • The importance of eating at a normal interval

We’ve done several episodes discussing the thyroid, but I don’t think we can do enough of them because it’s so prominent in women’s health.

If you struggle with thyroid imbalances or you know someone who does, start with the basics that we covered in this episode and also make sure to utilize Shannon’s online resources!
