Top 5 Health Hacks To Help You Reach Your Goals in 2023 with Dr. Kinney

Do you have any health goals for the year?

Since it is January and this is when many people make decisions to make changes to their health and behavior, in this episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I wanted to share some of my favorite health hacks or the things that I personally have tried in the last year and am loving.

I have found that the simpler the change, the easier it is to implement. So these tips and hacks that I’m sharing in this episode are simple and make a big difference. Anything you change, even if it’s a small thing, if it’s implemented regularly, will help you see big results.

These are my top five favorite health tools and hacks that make me feel good. I love doing these things for my own health but if any of them feel like work to you or like something you don’t enjoy, don’t feel the need to do them!

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • The power of a gratitude journal
  • The health impacts of bone broth
  • The mitochondrial energy you get from red light therapy
  • The Apollo Neuro device
  • My favorite meditation device

I hope you find these hacks helpful! There are a lot of healthy habits and health hacks out there, but the most important thing is that whatever you’re choosing to do is something that makes you feel good while doing it. If it doesn’t make you feel good, you may want to try something else that will.

If you decide to try any of these things, I’d love to hear what you think and if you’re enjoying any of them. Send me a message on Instagram and let me know.
