I’ve been getting a lot of questions about ways that you can improve the toxicity levels in your everyday life, so in this episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, I’m sharing some quick and easy ways that you can remove toxic things from your life that can have a big impact on your health.
There are several things that people commonly do in their homes that may seem like nothing, but they could actually be causing serious harm because of their toxicity levels.
It’s so important to be thinking about this stuff because it’s stuff that’s coming into your body that your body has to deal with. The less bad stuff that you have in your body, the more energy it’s going to have to do the things you really want it to do.
The good thing is, you can easily fix the things I’m sharing today. Even making small changes like the ones I share in this episode will add up and help you feel so much better.
