92: Why Nourishing Your Body With Whole Foods Is Crucial for Your Health & Well-Being with Morgan Mills

Are you feeling stuck when it comes to your health journey?

A mistake that a lot of women make when it comes to their health is restricting their calories too much, which inevitably leads to overeating. I have spoken on this topic many times on the show because it is something I see so often with my patients.

Society tells women that this is the way to become healthy and in turn, women’s bodies start to fall apart due to not getting the proper nutrition. By eating healthy, nutritious foods, you’re going to lose weight, drastically improve your health, and feel amazing.

In this episode of The Dr. Kinney show, I sat down with my right-hand sidekick, Morgan Mills. Morgan had a similar struggle with overexercising and binge eating but has since found a healthy balance and feels better than ever. In this episode, she shares her journey through it all and what she does now to help patients take control of their health.

Morgan is a Certified Holistic nutritionist and health coach with AFPA.  Lover of all things health and wellness, Morgan has spent the past 12 years studying and staying up to date in the health and wellness field, helping her gain the knowledge she is able to share with her clients today.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • How Morgan got into the wellness field
  • Why you don’t need to count calories
  • How Morgan helps her clients find the right foods
  • Why regulating your blood sugar is so important
  • What happens when you overexercise and don’t eat enough calories
  • The importance of taking care of your gut health
  • The benefits of habit stacking

It’s amazing how much better you’ll feel by just eating more nutritious food and cutting out processed foods. You won’t even need to count calories to lose weight and feel great. Your body will thank you!

If you loved hearing from Morgan, make sure to follow her on Instagram. She is always trying out new things in the grocery store so she can share what’s good. It’s really fun to follow her!
