64: Your Questions Answered: Managing Migraines, Insomnia, Illness, and More with Dr. Kinney

In this week’s episode of The Dr. Kinney Show, we are diving into another Q&A session! I have gotten such great feedback from you guys and love it when I get the chance to help you directly in this way.

We all get sick or have health concerns, and sometimes it can be confusing to know if you should pack up and go to the doctor or just care for your symptoms at home. I totally understand the struggle, and I’m here to help.

Have you ever wondered what you should do when you first get sick? Are you curious about if the fluoride levels in your drinking water are worsening your thyroid issues? Have you ever struggled with insomnia or migraines?

There is so much information out there that it can be hard to distinguish what is actually correct and what can’t be trusted online. It is important to note that these questions are general and can be applied to anyone but it doesn’t replace the need to see your doctor.  If you have a health concern, you should always contact your health care provider so that you can get help based on your unique health circumstances.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • What to do when you start feeling sick
  • When you should worry about fluoride in city drinking water
  • The types of patients I treat
  • How to naturally treat a migraine
  • What to do if you are suffering from insomnia

I hope you found this episode helpful. In addition to seeing your doctor, these tips are a good way to improve your health or heal naturally from home. It’s amazing how much you can improve your health by listening to your body and making these simple tweaks.

I created this podcast as a way to give out as much information as possible to anyone interested in alternative health, and these Q&A sessions are a fantastic way for me to do that.
